Will I Receive an Email Confirmation After Placing My Order?
You will receive an email confirmation regarding your order. How fast the confirmation is received will
depend upon your email server.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
The status of your order can be checked in two convenient ways. Begin by locating the UPS or FedEx
tracking number on the email confirming that the order has shipped. Visit the UPS or FedEx website to
enter the tracking number and find out the current location of your shipment.

If you have not received an email confirming that the order has shipped, call us at 1-800-313-0122 between
the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm EST and we will provide you with an update.

How Do I Change or Cancel My Order?
The order can easily be changed or canceled if it has not left our warehouse. Call and speak with one of our
customer service specialists to find out the status of the order and make any changes or cancellations
before it has shipped without incurring any additional charges. If the order has left the warehouse, please
refer to our return policy for instructions.
